In All Your Ways, Acknowledge Him, and He will Set Your Path Straight.

Where are you running to in these trying times? There’s nowhere to run, nowhere to hide.

“Without Me, You Can Do Nothing,” Jesus said those words, and I believe them.

It’s one thing to read the words of the Lord — “have faith and trust in me.” Or “believe and not fear.” Howbeit it's another thing to live by them. To walk within them when disaster strikes.

A pandemic will test just how much faith and trust or belief one has in God. Or what the Lord Jesus Christ has done for all of humanity. It’s one thing to read and believe the Bible's words; it’s quite another thing to live them. The word of the Lord says, “it’s not those who hear the words that love me; it's those that do them.” Matthew 7:24

Well, how do we carry them out? The word of the Lord says, “without me, you can do nothing.”

I am the vine; you are the branches: He abides in me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit: for without Me, you can do nothing. John 15:5

This is my first time meeting anything like the coronavirus. Recently as I meet each day during these trying times, I’ve had to come to the Lord as a little child — asking to be taught. I’ve had to surrender all that I am — to empty myself to be taught, to learn from God. To hear the voice of the Lord.

Human beings are accustom to following their own path, going in their own direction. Then when a disaster occurs, we don’t know where to run or what to do. Fear can overtake us.

We tend to look to the government to lead us to provide us with guidance and direction. Howbeit that process is still the path of man — human beings. Man leading man is likened unto the blind leading the blind.

The word of the Lord says,” trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge me, and I will set your path straight.” Proverbs 3:5–6

When one has never faced a pandemic, facing it for the first time can bring about unknown fears, actions, and reactions. It’s scary.

The bible also says, “I will draw all men unto me and that every knee will bow.

That’s not to say that God created the pandemic, howbeit the word does say, “ in revelations 15 and 16 in the last days 7 plaques will be poured out. The coronavirus could be one of them.

No one knows how they are going to be brought to their knees or drawn unto God. Why wait till disaster or a plague hits. Why not call on the name of the Lord to-day.

It is written: “‘ As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bow before me; every tongue will acknowledge God.’” Romans 14:11

God again set a certain day, calling it “Today.” This he did when a long time later, he spoke through David, as in the passage already quoted: “Today if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts.” Hebrews 4::7 Hebrews 4:8

Let me share an event that happened to me last time we had a major storm in my neck of the woods here in the state of Maryland: It was thundering and lightning-like, nothing I’d ever encountered before. I was lying in bed asleep when suddenly I was awakened by the crashing thunder and striking lightning! It came straight through my window. There wasn’t a room I could run to for cover. I dashed behind a small wall that protrudes out from between the kitchen and the living room. It was the only refuge I could find. Howbeit in actuality, I didn’t deem it a refuge. In my thinking, it could have come through the wall. I know I was thankful!

It brought back a scripture to mind where it basically stated that there would come a time when there will be nowhere to run and nowhere to hide. Without knowing or trusting in the Almighty God, what a scary, terrifying time that will be

It’s the same with the coronavirus because it's airborne there is nowhere to run or hide — accept to the Lord!! Why wait for the next plaque to be poured out?? Remember Pharoah?

I leave you with a link to learn about that time

God is calling everyone back to Himself — how you might be brought back is yet to be seen. Why wait! The word of the Lord says’s “today here, my son.”

God has done a wonderful thing for all humanity by coming out of His glory to earth in the form of Jesus, to teach us of His Kingdom — to die for us, redeem us from sin to come under the incredible gift of His Grace and protection !! I, for one, am thankful!

Don’t be left having no-where to run or hide. Cry out to the Lord! Call on Him! Let God direct your path! Here His son!

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart, and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5–6

Peace unto you!
